There are many ISO standards developed by the International Organization of Standardization (ISO) \u2013 where each ISO standard has its own specific purpose.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The some of Different Types of ISO Standards are given. below for Understanding<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

ISO 9001<\/u><\/strong> \u2013 it is Quality Management System Standard \u2013 This QMS standard is most widely adopted by the organization for ISO 9001 Certification. Because it is a generic standard applied & Suitable to all types of organizations. Which has an objective enhancement of Process Performance and Customer Satisfaction.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

ISO 14001<\/u><\/strong> \u2013 It is an Environmental Management System \u2013 This EMS Standard is adopted by the organization for I4001 Certification. This EMS standard is adopted by the organization for implementation and EMS Certification \u2013 with the objective of the prevention of Pollution generated by the organization and maintaining the applicable legal, regulatory, and obligatory compliance related to Environmental Management or prevention of pollution or preservation of Natural resources or Saving the Energy or Waste Management, etc.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

ISO 45001<\/u><\/strong> \u2013 It is an Occupational Health Safety Management System \u2013 This OHSMS Standard is adopted by the organization for ISO 45001 Certification.\u00a0 This OHSMS is adopted by the organization for implementation and Certification \u2013 with the objective to prevent accidents \/ Incidents\/ ill health at the workplace and maintain the applicable legal, regulatory, and obligatory compliance related to Occupational Health Safety, Factory Acts, Labour Law, etc<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

ISO 22000<\/u><\/strong>– It is a Food Safety Management System \u2013 This FSMS Standard is adopted by the organization for ISO 22000 Certification. This FSMS is adopted by the organization for implementation and Certification \u2013 with the objective of enhancement of Food Safety within the Food Supply Chain and maintaining the applicable legal, regulatory, and obligatory compliance related to Food Safety i.e FSSAI regulations, Customer Specific requirements related to Food Safety, etc.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

ISO 27001<\/u><\/strong> \u2013 It is an Information Security Management System – This ISMS Standard is adopted by the organization for ISO 27001 Certification. \u00a0This ISMS Standard is adopted for implementation and certification \u2013 with the objective of the enhancement of information security of the organization’s business, process, and function, and building the confidence of clients in information security.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

HACCP<\/u><\/strong> \u2013 This is not an ISO Standard \u2013 HACCP is a compliance certification based on HACCP principles, Codex, and WHO guideline requirements. \u00a0This HACCP certification is most widely adopted by an organization that is in the Food Business or Food Supply Chain Business. \u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
