But generally, it is a Random Sampling Inspection as per AQL level \u2013 2 or agreed by Clients.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Inspection of Products<\/strong>&#8211; The Products are Selected from Lot and Inspection is Performed as per Inspection Instruction \/ Specification \/ Sample \/ Drawing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Testing of Products<\/strong> \u2013 If there are any requirements of Testing of products \u2013 Then Inspection Engineers \u2013 will do the witness of Testing of products, to ensure the products are meeting the testing paraments requirement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quantity Verification<\/strong> \u00a0\u00a0&#8211; The inspection Engineer will Verify the Quantity to match the PO of the Client, to ensure the full Quantity of Products are available for Inspection and Shipment once the Products are accepted, after Inspection.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Functional Testing<\/strong> \u2013 If there are any requirements for verification of the functional Test of the Product, the Inspection Engineer will verify the Functional Test \u2013 and record the Function Performance in the Inspection Report, Capture the Picture and Video. Functional Test.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Workmanship Verification<\/strong> &#8211; \u00a0\u00a0If there are Buyer requirements for verification of the Workmanship of the Product, the Inspection Engineer will verify the workmanship of products and record the Workmanship verification finding in the Inspection Report, Capture the Picture, and Video.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Product Marking Verification<\/strong> \u2013 If there are requirements for Product marking verification the Inspection Engineer will verify the Product Marking, record the Product marking verification in the Inspection Report, and Capture the Picture and Video.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Safety Verification<\/strong> \u2013 If there are any requirements of Products Safety verification requirements related to OHS and Handling of Product or Safety Marking \u2013 The Inspection Engineer performs the Safety Verification and the same is recorded in the Inspection report along with the Photographs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Packaging and Marking verification<\/strong> \u2013 The Inspection Engineer will verify the product&#8217;s Packaging as per PO or client\u2019s requirements \u2013 and that Boxes are marked &amp; packed properly for shipment of Products.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>These are the general activities &amp; processes of the Pre-shipment Inspection Agency.
