Quantity Verification – The inspection Engineer will Verify the Quantity to match the PO of the Client, to ensure the full Quantity of Products are available for Inspection and Shipment once the Products are accepted, after Inspection.
Functional Testing – If there are any requirements for verification of the functional Test of the Product, the Inspection Engineer will verify the Functional Test – and record the Function Performance in the Inspection Report, Capture the Picture and Video. Functional Test.
Workmanship Verification – If there are Buyer requirements for verification of the Workmanship of the Product, the Inspection Engineer will verify the workmanship of products and record the Workmanship verification finding in the Inspection Report, Capture the Picture, and Video.
Product Marking Verification – If there are requirements for Product marking verification the Inspection Engineer will verify the Product Marking, record the Product marking verification in the Inspection Report, and Capture the Picture and Video.
Safety Verification – If there are any requirements of Products Safety verification requirements related to OHS and Handling of Product or Safety Marking – The Inspection Engineer performs the Safety Verification and the same is recorded in the Inspection report along with the Photographs.
Packaging and Marking verification – The Inspection Engineer will verify the product’s Packaging as per PO or client’s requirements – and that Boxes are marked & packed properly for shipment of Products.
